PHONIYA Kids is an English learning platform for children in Oman. We collect as little information as possible, and never more than we need to run the learning experience.
What we collect
Account details: an email address for the parent or guardian who creates the account, and a password stored in encrypted form.
Child profile: a display name (a first name or nickname is enough), a grade level and a chosen avatar.
Learning activity: lessons and stories completed, scores, stars, points, badges and streaks.
Basic anonymous visit counts for the website. These contain no names, emails or addresses.
What we never collect
We do not ask children for photographs, home addresses, phone numbers, school names or any other identifying detail.
We do not store card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
We do not sell, rent or share family data with advertisers, and there is no advertising anywhere in the child area.
How we use the information
To show the child their lessons and progress, to show parents their reports, and to manage the subscription.
To keep the service safe and working correctly.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure with access rules that keep each family's data separate from every other family.
Only the account owner can see their own child's data. Passwords are stored hashed and are never visible to us.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your family's data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account entirely. Write to nexoramashroi@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Deleting an account removes the child profile and learning history permanently.
