Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new account starts with a 5-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.

You can stop before the trial ends and you will never be charged.

You can cancel from the parent subscription page at any time.

Cancelling stops future payments. Your child keeps full access until the end of the month you already paid for, and the cancellation date is shown on the subscription page.

No learning data is deleted when you cancel.

Because each month is paid manually, there is no accidental renewal. If a payment was taken in error or a technical fault prevented your child from using the platform for most of the month, contact us within 30 days and we will refund that month.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually appear within 7–10 working days.
