Terms & Conditions

Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. The guardian is responsible for the account, the payment method and the child's use of the platform.

PHONIYA Kids provides English reading, writing, stories, games and progress tracking for Grades 1 to 4, plus an AI reading assistant for children and reports for parents.

We may add, improve or adjust learning content over time. We will not remove access you have already paid for.

New accounts receive a 5-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial and no card is required to start it.

Phoniya Premium costs 5 OMR / Month. Each month is paid manually — there is no automatic card charge and no auto-renewal.

Payments are made by parents only. Children never see prices or checkout.

Accounts are for one family. Please do not share login details outside your household or resell access.

Learning content, stories, artwork and worksheets remain the property of PHONIYA and may be used for your own family's learning only.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend an account that is being misused or shared commercially.

If a subscription ends, the child's stars, badges and progress are kept — only premium content is locked.
